Vince is a prudent businessman. Both him and Shakir did a great job in cleaning our tile grout. We were frustrated at the beginning but they came back and recleaned the area in question. Great customer service and service overall. I highly recommend this company!

I got a call early in the morning from my parents calling saying there was an accident on the carpet that needed immediate attention. I called Star Carpet and Tile asking if it was something they could handle (hopefully same day) and they said it was not a problem. They asked the basic questions of what needed to be done, how big of an area and being out of state that they would let me know about what time I could be accommodated.
