Paid for a mini detail, feel like I got a standard wash and vacuum instead. Moon roof & windows were not done very well. Still had dirt spots and marks on the glass. Still had spiderwebs on the outside of the car so clearly didn’t detail it very well. Even forgot to vacuum the boot though were very polite and happy to vacuum the boot when I pointed this out. Didn’t discover a lot of this until the car was out of the carpark and in the sun.
Very disappointing and disgraceful experience. With all these bad reviews I wish I have seen prior thinking to wash my car in this terrible carwash place.I took my car here on 11 November and ended up with a fresh deep scratch inside the boot area — a place that can only be damaged when the boot is open. I got a mini detail clean on my car today and ended up paying $200, only for them to break it. They tried blaming me, saying the damage was there before, but I know my car well enough to say that’s not true. One guy even checked the camera footage and said they didn’t vacuum it, but that doesn’t mean the damage wasn’t caused by aggressive cleaning. The customer service was terrible—no apology, no compensation, no refund, just blame. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
These guys will try and fleece more money out of you. I pulled my car up for a wash, the cars condition was inspected by the service attendant and the rate was agreed, receipt was issued and text message received for a platinum was for $89. 20 minutes later you will get a phone call like i did saying that they cant wash it now for the agreed rate and it will cost you more money.
We went to get the car detailed. The staff were asleep in the waiting rooms and the place stunk like bad BO. They said 2 hours so we took the baby in to the shops to wait. When we came back the car was parked around a dark side of the car wash and they were all sleeping in the waiting area again. The interior was still soaked and the seats had watermarks all over them.
