Had my vehicle washed here today, near new car which was a big mistake. The boot of the car has been left with deep scratches in multiple areas, bird shit still all over the roof, missing coins in the center console (didn't just take one, they took all). I asked to speak with the manager while I was there. Was told he wasnt available and to call. No response at all.
I got my car cleaned here, I ordered the second highest package. It took over 2.5 hours and the car was dirty when I picked it up. I told the manager and showed him the dirt, he told me that because I didn’t get the top package they weren’t allowed to scrub my car and could only spray water on it.
My car inside and out was so clean and fresh and it looked amazing. Great job
