Apparently this is the “platinum” clean? Couldn’t have taken them more than 5 minutes with this job.
The wash & polished was good. I am very angry that my car charger was missing when I went to collect my car. Not only did the manager dismiss me when asking but they do not take responsibility for something that was plugged in. I will go to the other Star Wash next time...
DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! Repeat, stay away from this bloke he’s is so dodgy and his company scratched and damaged my car. Now he won’t even answer my insurance company’s phone calls or mine to sort out the issue. Acting like it’s never happened. Please tell everyone you know to stay away. Guys like this shouldn’t be allowed to own a company.
Been here several times before without issues, but won't be back again since they charged me $180 for interior detail and literally nothing was cleaned inside. Even after they assured me multiple times they 'wash' the inside of the car. Took them an additional hour than the estimated 1.5 hours so I'd rather avoid this place then have them clean it again for another hour smh.
