Slowest car wash in Melbourne. It use to be better with the previous owners. The current staff don’t give a damn
Great car wash with friendly, efficient staff. They did a thorough job inside and out, with excellent attention to detail—my car looked like new. Fair pricing and reasonable wait time. Highly recommended.
New owners clearly don’t take proper care when cleaning vehicles. I paid for an interior clean, yet found significant dust across the dashboard and streak marks throughout. Very disappointing, will not be back again.
I took my 2 yr old suv car to star car wash-airport west. For a deluxe detail. They insisted on having the car for 7 hrs (and did in last 45 minutes) and it was saturated and took four days to dry, even with the windows open constantly . They also flooded the front passenger seat and now the sensor won’t stop beeping, even though it’s dry. After day 1 drying, it started to smell so bad in the boot.
