The staff who manage this business makes absolutely zero effort to clean at the end of the day. Airport West looks like a landfill because of this business.

$75 to clean a wagon inside and out. Only to get there after 1 hr and see my car dirty, my wheels NOT cleaned. Will never go back to that car wash.

Won’t be coming back. Went there to get my car cleaned. Workers took my woolies cash for cans vouchers. Then proceeded to lie about it when I asked them for them back. After several minutes of asking them to find the vouchers, one of the workers went round and took them from the cleaning cart and gave them back to me. No apology received. If I hadn’t have been so insistent I wouldn’t have gotten them back. Don't come. You will waste your money and time. Booked a time and paid $95 Star Polish, waited 2 hrs to find out it was not even started when I got there after 2 hrs. Waited another 15mins for them to do $95 job in 15 mins which initially told to come back after 2 hrs. No apologies were made whatsoever, but keep making excuse of not being able to drive the car to move it to the cleaning bay, so had to wait for a person who can drive. 1.
