I was very disappointed with the service I received. My car was left dirty, and when I raised the issue, the customer service was dismissive instead of helpful. Paul thought to fix the issue he would wipe over both my exterior and interior with the same cloth whilst saying it was clean making it look even worse than it already did, as you can see in the photos it is not clean at all. Been coming here every 4 weeks or so for 2 years to get my car washed. I always get the $72 wash. Must be greedy new people working there. Today i took my car there and they wanted to charge me $95. They have now lost my business the grubs

The male person did not greet us correctly and no smile. His demeanour was like that of a person with contempt and appeared he didn’t want to be at the business today. Even when we collected the car and I simply asked for a paper receipt, it was like I asked him for his house. Not good enough. I will never return to this establishment. Customer service is paramount and when greeted with kindness and a smile, whether on drop off or pickup should be number 1 priority. A very dissatisfied customer.
