Very poor . Charged45 instead of advertised 35. Windscreen not clean, floor mats and boot not vacuumed , surly staff. I do not recommend.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my car was immaculate. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism and friendly demeanor were evident. My car Sparkled and looked brand new after their meticulous cleaning. I highly recommend Star Car Wash for a superior car cleaning experience.
I took my car in for a wash while I did my shopping. I decided on an express wash. I was told it would be about 40 mins. I received a text about an hour after stating the car was ready and the charge was $72 - they had charged me for the platinum wash. I checked the car and the back of the car and the rims were still dirty. They moved my car and after a quick wipe said it was good to go. My first and the worst star car wash experience. When i was preparing to load my groceries in the boot. I was very shocked to see the boot mat was soaked with water, as if it went for a wash, not the car itself. My umbrellax2 was wet. My picnic mat was wet. I immediately point out to the staff which was busy talking on the phone. He immediately replied and said "oh I have forgotten, u can just tell me."
