Totally shocked with what I saw today. Was heading there to get my car cleaned only to see one of the workers on the rooftop of a van there to clean it. No roof rack, straight on the roof of the van. I’d never take my car to a place that treats vehicles like this. Totally unacceptable. I’d be extremely surprised if there wasn’t damage to the roof of this van. Will not be going back there again.
The wash was ok but the experience Was negative as the guy was consistently trying to upsell their services. My vehicle was only one month old and had already been supplied with full leather treatment and paint treatment. The guy consistently tried to upsell me with carpet, steam cleaning armeral treatment And a full hand polish to the exterior of the vehicle totaling $250 of which all I wanted was the $75 wash and vacuum.
