Horrendous experience. Dodgy as hell. Avoid at all costs. Paid full price for SUV "Full Detail". Didn't get discount advertised online, as called to see if could fit me in, was told don't worry about booking online, just come down. Told on arrival that price paid in person is different to online. Should've walked away - didn't. Message 2 hours later stating car ready. Sahil did an amazing job, my car now looks brand new. Very happy
To be fair my suv was very overdue for a detail, however there were scuff marks that were new that I had to have them remove which they did no questions asked. My only issue was my car mats. I was advised they were damp and to air them. They were not damp they were sopping wet and dripping, so was not impressed. There were some minor marks on the center console that were also left and not cleaned. All in all a good job just some minor issues.
Refused to clean my car for advertised price of $75. While my car was dirty from rain and dusty inside from being away they would only do it for $180! It would not have taken more than an extra 10 minutes to clean. So unless you pre clean your car before taking it here then you’ll be charged more. Go elsewhere!
