Extremely disappointing experience at Star Car Wash Blackburn. I had a prepaid Platinum Wash remaining on my account, which Sam could clearly see on their computer, yet they repeatedly refused to honour it and instead tried to push me towards a $135 service. After speaking with Noor, the owner, I was told to return 3 hours later. I did, left my car with them, and 45 minutes later was called and told they had only washed the outside and would not complete the interior. Wonderful service, very accommodating friendly staff , made my car all fresh and nice again! Will definitely come back again!
On my previous visit, I dropped my car off around 9:18 am and was quoted $80 for inside and outside cleaning. When I came back at 3:35 pm, I was told only the outside was done due to time, and I was charged $60. I understand things can get busy, but it was different from what was originally agreed. Today (5 May around 9:30 am), I asked for vacuum only and was quoted $120 I work in the same shopping centre, so I’ve visited a few times and just wanted to point out that the pricing seems inconsistent.
