Very bad service, when I ask for a receipt the guy there said it will come to my mobile, after 1 hour when I picked up the car, I ask for the receipt again and again the same answer. Text them the next day and asked, the person replied and said will get the team to send then again today asked again and the guy said it has been sent and said they don’t respond to email, I was clearly texting them using the mobile number. Absolutely disgraceful service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car to Star Wash Bankstown expecting a professional clean and got my car back with scratches that were not there before. When I raised it with the staff they completely denied responsibility and tried to blame me instead of taking any accountability. The interior was just as bad. Paid $120 for a wash and polish. Didnt even bother to polish, and done a wash a 10 year old can do. “I can try and get rid of the scratch” came back the scratches still there and when i questioned it he fixed it (only half of it). Absolutely ridiculous
Had an issue on pickup and thankfully Alex was able to reimburse me for the cost needed to sort out my car. Overall great service and hopefully will be back again
I went there for an interior detail today. They really did the best steam clean specially Alex and his team-the boss; with a best air freshener and outside was even brilliant. Thanks to Alex the manager Arjun and everyone. Thanks
