After 75 mins the inside still hadn’t been cleaned albeit there was only one other car and I had booked and paid on line (Monday morning 9.30am) they rushed the inside didn’t event lift car mats to vacuum, wiped seats down but they weren’t cleaned. After paying over $100.00 I had to go home and complete the clean. That is the last time I will use Star.
I had a great experience at Star Car Wash. The team was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. My car came out looking super clean — shiny on the outside and spotless inside. They really took their time with the details, which I appreciated. The pricing was fair for the quality of service. I’ll definitely return and recommend them to others!
Perfect detail couldn't have expected anything more or less. However, took more than 3 hours and had to pay for parking.
Should have read the reviews. Car mats were still wet . Inside back seat still had sand on them. Beyond a very quick vacuum not sure they did anything. The car smells like wet rags now. Never again.
The staff at Star Car Wash Balgowlah did such a wonderfully thorough job on my car today- dog hair no longer in a single upholstery seam, and outside clean done so carefully! Many thanks guys. We will be back! (:
