Staff warned me seats will be damp but they were very wet and sticky upon clean. Looks like they left it like this because it's evident they don't shampoo the seats very well. Car not washed well, dust still evident on the inside. When inspecting, felt pressured to accept it as it was. Website suggests a detail will take a few hours, my car being ready within 90 minutes shows how poor the job was. Response to this review will be a generic response and no compensation for the water damage that I now need to fix.
Great detailing and comparative price
These guys are great. An efficient team that provides excellent service and the quality of the clean is superb and reasonably priced.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Star Car Wash . Conveniently located near my kids' playground, I expected a premium service after paying over $100. Instead, I was asked to pay extra for 'heavy soil' removal, which was not accurate. When my husband declined, the service was completed with scratches on our car and a dirty interior ( like never touch). I work over the road from this car wash and have been a regular customer for over a decade. August 2014 to be exact. I used to Tip them because for $40 the car would be spotless. Inside and out. Tyres blackened and car seats conditioned. It was a convenience I was sure to inform every new client I made. So many of them would drop their car off while the came to me.
