Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. They quoted one price and then tried to change it, attempting to charge me almost double for a car that wasn't even dirty and only needed a quick clean. It felt dishonest and like they were trying to take advantage of me. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone. There are plenty of businesses that treat customers with honesty and respect—this isn't one of them.
Very average. Blamed the fact I only got a Platinum wash on a poor job. Won't be going back.
First time using Star Car Wash at this location. I chose the Platinum wash/clean and it was really excellent inside and out and done very quickly. Will use again if in the area.
