Michael was extremely prompt, professional and well priced. He was able to organise a last minute inspection for me before my cooling off period ended, which I was so grateful for! I received the report same day as inspection and Michael rang me to discuss everything in terms I could understand. Very professional and friendly guy! I'd highly recommend.

Michael deserves every good review and more. He was able to inspect the property we had an offer on quickly and did a really thorough job. He found a major defect that I truly believe other inspectors would have missed and we had time to add the repairs to the condition of settlement. He talked me through the report so I understood everything and he is really funny on top of it all. He could charge a lot more than what he does based on his service!
We hired Michael as our building inspector for a property we bought. Aside from all the great reviews here, the next indication that he might be good was that the seller's agent called us and asked if we can please hire someone other than Michael. :-) That's a good sign, we thought!
