Michael is an amazing and reliable building & pest inspector! I had to find an inspector urgently and last minute over one weekend and I saw their contact details online. I was amazed at how quick he got back at me despite not being able to initially answer my call. And during the actual inspection, he did a great job with the report, etc.! I contacted Michael after reading good reviews of him on Google and he did not disappoint! I booked a pre-purchase building and pest inspection, which Michael tried his best to fit in within my 3 days cooling off period of signing the property contract. I received the report same day as the inspection. Michael was very thorough in his report and he went through it with me to explain the report and answer my questions.
