I wouldn’t recommend this building inspector. the report contained significant inaccuracies. This caused unnecessary stress and could have led to costly mistakes. I expected a thorough and professional service but was very disappointed with the quality of the inspection and the report.Their report suggested major defects and buyer cancelled the deal while in the next inspection with someone other it was no major defects.
