Worst car wash I've ever went too. Fist off $12 for a half ass wash and the guys standing outside to dry it were to busy talking to dry the car completely. Not to mention the track system the wheels go on scratched my wheel in two spots!
I am a nurse at Knox community hospital and took advantage of the services Star Brite offers to hospital employees; my car was picked up and returned during my work hours. I was elated when I walked out to the parking lot after a long shift to see my car, once the dirtiest car on the lot, I'm sure , to sparkling clean! Thank you so very much for the fantastic job you did, I was very impressed! :-)
This place is my go-to car wash. They have an unlimited wash monthly membership programs and it's a great deal! I picked up a gift card at Costco for my parents as well. Wash is always quick, efficient and clean. Even when it's busy there is hardly ever a wait. They carefully hand towel dry at the end of the wash and my car never has streaks or water beading.
Arash, Mimi and Harry and genuinely caring whem it comes to their work the best hands down and have the best work ethic I've encountered in their field of work. Great team and the most polite people I know. #StarBriteCarWash

What separates Star Brite from any other car wash in the area is their customer service. Harry, Mimi, and Arash are both thorough at their task of making my car look brand new and exceptional at making me and my family feel valued.
