I placed an order for a hair gel that I have used In the past. I received it and the bottle was different than what was posted online and the gel inside was red when should have been yellow! I sent them a pic of the original gel as I still had a bottle and their response was that they felt sorry for me!!! Seriously!! Nothing but rude and very unprofessional! Will NEVER order from them again!!! Such disrespect 👎🏻

The woman who worked there was very helpful with my purchase. And, I was given 10% off on the wig I purchased. The store is well stocked.
