I came in today with my two daughters to get henna done for graduation because I had an appointment set up SINCE Tuesday for Thursday. The appointment was done over text AND in person to ensure there will not be any last minute changes. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it was honestly too agressive and now my forhead and around my eyebrow area its full of clustered bumps
Staff was professional, kind and service was great.
I’m so disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been going to Star Beauty Salon for years at both of their locations on Ming Ave, but I’m sad to say I will never return again because they absolutely ruined my eyebrows. The lady started by trimming my brows, and I immediately felt she cut too close, but I didn’t think much of it since it’s something they usually do when you first sit down.
