This car dealership was very easy to work with. The sales team was super laid-back and the manager was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. On top of all that for the vehicle I was looking for this was the best price around by over 20%.

Beware of Dishonest Business Practices at Star Auto Works I had a terrible experience buying a 2019 BMW 5 Series from Ed and Byron at Star Auto Works in Downers Grove. They initially promised me $11,700 for my trade-in but ended up shorting me $700. These guys are nothing but dishonest scammers. Ed was incredibly pushy over the phone, demanding that I contact the bank immediately to finalize the financing. I just had an awesome experience at Star Auto Works!!! I went in hoping to check out a specific car, but it didn't work out.
