Handel is a very generous master mechanic. I came in for some hydraulic oil for my Mercedes convertible and he gave it to me. His prices are much lower than the dealership and he even remembered my face after many years and is very friendly. I liked my visit.
I was seeking a replacement MB mechanic since my current one no longer was working on additional MB vehicles that I was going to bring in. Found Star Auto Techs, read about them and started with my 2021 GLE450. Brought it in for a B Service and then an A service. Decided to then bring in my 2023 GLC 300 Coupe. I’ve been coming here for a while now to get my car maintenance and Handell is very knowledgeable and the cost is reasonable. As a woman sometimes it’s hard to find places like this so I highly recommend him for Mercedes maintenance!
I am not taking writing this review lightly after years of loyalty to this shop. On Saturday 4.26 I brought my car for service. I asked Handel if he had a snap or affirm type of program where I can apply for credit. He handed me a flyer , his shop was listed as an approved dealer for the finance company, I was approved on the spot, and since I had to do brakes the following week he talked me into waiting to use the finance program when I came back for brakes the following week.
