Do not buy from here. They sold me a lemon!! We've had the van 4 months and now it won't go in reverse. He said he fixed it before we bought it. Then I took it to my mechanic and he showed us the rack and pinion, it was loose because only 1 bolt was holding it in place the rest were loose or completely gone. Saw this myself. Took it to him paid extra 60 for him to have Neal in Mattoon fix for his price. Picked up from Neal and before we got out if Mattoon it was doing the same thing. Tim is a man of his word went out of his way to service my needs on a used vehicle. Ill tell it straight no other used car dealer cares about his customers the way Tim and his team at Star Auto do. Do yourself a favor when shopping for a used car atleast give them a shot to earn your buisness you wont regret it. Customer for life ill see you when im ready for the next one.

Tim and his wife r exceptional people I bought a truck for my son from them and now sent my brother and sister inlaw to them and they bought a vechiel from them u couldn't ask for nicer people than the t of them they r down to earth people and will work with u they just want to put people into a good vechiel that works for each family's needs I would highly recommend them to any1
