Booked a windshield replacement and was told it would be 30 minutes, so figured I would stay in the waiting room. Ended up sitting there for nearly 3 hours. Very annoying, but whatever, maybe they were busy. As long as the work is good, it's fine. It was not. They didn't use the OEM windshield gasket, but a different/smaller one, meaning there is now a noticeable (and very ugly) gap all around the windshield.
