Chris and Ken are great. They are so helpful to take care of the repair. And the complementary car rental is convenient too.
Wanted to get some cosmetic repairs made to my vehicle and took it to a place I’d been before that State Farm sent me to. Got their price and decided to shoo it. Found Star and went to there for a quote. It’s a modern, good looking facility with free loaners. Their price was considerably lower than the other shop. The outcome was terrific. Beautiful job.
This was the BEST experience ever. Competent, efficient and honest. Chris Farina and the other person were fantastic. Will recommend to anyone. Loaner car was very helpful and appreciated.
I recently got my rear bumper replaced from here. From the estimate to repair, the whole process was smoothe and fast. Very satisfied with customer support. Chris and others were professional, kind and responsive. Most of all, it took only a day to finish after dropping my car, which is pretty impressive! I hope not, but the next time I have an issue with my car, I will 100% re-visit here.
