Today I had placed an emergency repair call for an air conditioning unit. The technician came out and did a quick diagnostic and determined it was a defective capacitor. He quickly replaced it and had the unit working again and made the tenants very happy with the quick turnaround. I had the unit inspected by Reliance couple of hours earlier and it was determined there is a leak in the system and unit needs replacing.
