Thank you so much for sending your technician Simin to replace the gas line elbow last Sunday. He did an excellent job and fixed it nicely and neatly. I also appreciate that he pointed out the gas leak from the water heater valve so that I can have Enercare come and fix it properly. I highly recommend your company.
Star Alliance is very professional. They keep their commitment and do a good job in installing furnace, air conditioning, heat pump and water heating tank. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and very confident in their job.
Star Alliance installed a new Bladex Heat pump system and new Lennox high efficiency gas furnace this past fall after recommendation from two friends who had their systems upgraded. After this long and cold winter the systems were put to the test and they have been working beautifully and saving me money on my hydro and gas with improved efficiencies.
