I am a person who has severe allergies. Why do I live in Texas with this problem?? I blame my husband. But my life has become much more enjoyable now that I no longer have my allergies at home. Don't use them! I bought the voucher that said "it's duct time", but then these fools from "Star Air Duct" show up. They did not peform the services agreed to on the voucher. Then they tried to nickel and dime me...if I pay them more, then I'll get more services. When I said "no", he kept pushing to get me to buy..he wouldn't stop selling.
Yvonne and Wilson just left my house after completing my duct work (long, long overdue). They were a great team, worked together extremely well, complimented each other, have a fabulous attitude, extremely thorough and accurate, kind and it is apparent that they love who they work for. Never use this company. This has been the biggest bait and switch scam I have ever encountered. I purchased the special thinking that I would get my air ducts cleaned. All they did was come out and hood up a machine to a couple of vents an it just sucked air out. When I asked them to run a brush up the vents and vacuum them out like I thought I had purchased, all of a sudden I get handed an estimate for almost $900. Love, Love, LOVE this company!!! :) The air duct cleaning service I got with Star was amazing!! I literally got Star-like service with them from start to finish. My techs were awesome...so nice and well-educated, really professional, and just all around good guys. I got to see what was going on with my ducts and vents and seriously what kind of garbage was inside of them and then I saw the after effects of the cleaning. The difference was crazy!!
