They owe us a refund of $1,500 since 2023 and gave me the run around on 5 occasions since then. I think they may be shut down for Medicare fraud. No one picks up the phone and their doors are locked.

Great dentist and staff they did a great job on my root canal and the best part they will tell you what is going on up right and not bull you on anything. Iam so glad to have found my new family dentist her name was dr Michelle ginsberg sorry if I miss spelled it. On a side note I Gave 2 stars cause I believe as of Nov 25 2024 the office is no longer in business. This dental office is a joke of a business. Extremely unprofessional with poor communication to patients, impossible to reach via phone, voicemail box is completely full, no return calls, I can go on and on. I've had 2 regular cleaning appointments here and both times they called the wrong phone number and "left voicemails" to cancel/reschedule my appointment, obviously not reaching me directly, which led to me showing up to the original appointments and not being treated. Highly recommend this office for Invisalign treatment. My cousin did her Invisalign with Dr. Han and it turned out excellent, so I came to Star 28 Dental as a referral patient. Dr. Han’s fees are higher than some of the associate doctors at the office, but money well spent. He fixed my open bite and made all my crooked teeth straight in 4 months! Very happy with the results!

I have dental phobia because I had bad experiences with my childhood dentist. I did my research on Star 28 Dental and I’m glad I did. Jay was very cordial and helpful in getting all my initial paperwork done, the staff was very professional and on time in getting me back to take my wellness scan, and Dr. Han has just been very straightforward and honest with me about my gum disease. I received my LANAP laser gum surgery last week, and it didn’t hurt at all. My gums finally don’t bleed anymore. My teeth use to feel loose move... read more
