Was looking to get some minor repair work done on a flat roof at a rental property. Good friend of mine introduced me to Tom and his team. Tom did a great job on the repair and pointed out a few things that saved me thousands in future repairs. An ounce of preventative saved a pound in gold. Stapleton Associates is now the property manager on seven rentals. Highly recommended.
