My experience with Stapleton Realty was very good! Bonnie Lewis-Tschannen is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the home selling process and razor sharp regarding all of the closing requirements. My wife and I had a wonderful experience selling our house with Holly Renée Narloch! She had so much valuable advice to offer not just in pricing our home, but in staging it for photos - we were especially impressed with the professional photographer she arranged, including some awesome aerial shots of the exterior. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and gave us plenty of valuable feedback after each of the showings of our home. David A. was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to help us sell our condo. He jumped through all the channels to get all the paperwork and kept us posted along the way. He helped us find people to make the repairs we needed to get the sale done. So thankful for the hard work he did for me and my husband.
David Adkins was fantastic. I had never sold a house before and he was immensely helpful. He got me in contact with a broker near my house so there wasn't a lot of traveling. He referred me the College H.U.N.K.S. to do the moving for me. A few phone calls and everything was sorted. House sold in less than a month. I was very pleased with how easy everything was taken care of by David. If I buy or sell another house, I will absolutely contact David.
Very grateful for Holly’s help. She’s very efficient and had my best interest in mind the entire time. I felt a huge relief knowing her decades of experience, helped so much a long the way.
