My GC contracted this business to re glaze a shower and floor. Within 2 months the workmanship failed and i had discoloration and mold growing. Took me several months to get in contact with them but they did come back out and re sanded and re sprayed the floor portion only of the shower they re glazed. 3 months later it began discoloring and actually bubbling and chipping in both the shower and floor. We had staples refinish a tub/shower combo in Feb 2022. Everything went well until 11 months later, it began peeling off. We called staples and they sent someone out a week later to sand and refinish that spot. However, no care was taken at all!! It was a very shoddy job. He did not cover up and protect anything in the bathroom. There was overspray on the brand new shower doors, overspray on the toilet, and overspray on the bathroom floors. It does not come off! We are known for writing positive reviews, but we feel obligated to tell you that we cannot recommend ******* TUB SERVICES. The job was to paint our shower pan tray in our bathroom. The receptionist was kind, outgoing and responsive. The owner was reassuring when he came and looked over the job. His friendly manner stimulated optimism. We contacted this company to paint the exterior of our brand new cast iron clawfoot tub a different color. I spoke with the owner, Brian, and he told me to go to the ******* ******** web site, select a color and call him back with the 4-digit number for the color. I did that and also informed Brian that we wanted a matte finish on the tub. A woman called the next day to set the appointment for the job at our home, and I reiterated that I wanted a matte finish and she said that was noted. Called to request an estimate and we were told that the tech could provide the estimate and perform the work on the spot if we chose to do so. The tech came out and took pictures stating that he'd have to send them to his manager for the estimate and could not provide the estimate himself. In fact, they actually sent two reps just to take a couple of pics. This was a Friday and the lead tech stated we'd probably get the estimate by the end of the day.
