Terrible, Unprofessional service. The website shows the driver was here and did not know WHERE to leave the package. Everyone, Target, Walmarts, Amazon all KNOW they are to leave it INSIDE MY SCREEN DOOR, WHICH IS OPEN for such purposes. I was home at the time they claim he was here and he NEVER EVEN TRIED TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR. Lasership and OnTrac need to be RETRAINED and driver should "pay attention" to instructions supplied by the customer. It is just basic! Will not use again if you continue to use Lasership.
