Rachel took the time to remake my order when it was printed incorrectly. She was patient and even laminated it better than the original ones I received. She made my experience easy and exciting. Give her a raise!!!!
Customer service is horrible! Called the store numerous times to confirm if my order was ready nobody never picked up! The associates were all on their cell phones and wasn’t attentive to anyone! Not to mention my order wasn’t ready when it was confirmed that it would be! As a customer who spends hundreds weekly at this store this is unacceptable!

It’s been a while since I’ve been treated so rudely as a customer. The staff here showed just about zero interest in helping me. Find another place to do printing. The standard for service at this store is abysmal.
You try to report a problem with their photocopier & they ignore you. You persist & they try to paint you as an angry customer. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Don’t bring your personal problems to work. Thanks for the response! Came today to spend $30+ photocopying All but one machine was down. I let the staff know & they grunted an acknowledgment. Progress! They did fix 2 of the 3 machines. Someday, they might even detect malfunctions?
