I want to give a huge thank you to Josh Carter at Camden Fairlakes for the outstanding service he provided on June 17, 2026. After a pipe burst in the unit below ours, our hot water had to be shut off while the emergency repairs were being completed. Josh kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered our questions, and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. I toured at Fair Lakes and let me just say this place has it all: a HUGE fitness center, pool, grills and a car wash station too! Not to mention they’re right by 2 great trails so if you love to jog or walk for cardio, it’s perfect. One even overlooks a duck pond! I definitely recommend touring here and seeing for yourself. They even just got renovated!
A huge shout-out to Sean in the leasing office! He was super helpful with our lease and moving process. He was professional, responsive, and a nice guy to work with. I highly recommend him and his team, he made a stressful time easy. Thank you making it a positive experience.
Josh Carter is one of the best Maintenance Technicians in the Camden Fair Lakes. He helped me install the blind readily and out of sense of customer service. Very kind and professional.
Overall I like this place. It's pretty cozy and Friendly neighborhood
