What a huge customer service disappointment. I went in to Staples on Monday, 8/26, to purchase school supplies for my daughter and office supplies for my business. Many of the items were out on the floor, but we eventually found what we needed and proceeded to check out. Three-quarters of the way through a very large check out, the cash register froze and we were forced to move and wait for another register to be opened.
