RecommendedZach at Staples has saved my printing projects more than once. I tried out Staples after being disappointed at another print shop. He is knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond. Best of all he helped me meet deadlines twice with efficient, quick service.
Went to Staples today to get notebooks for my 6th grade classroom. I am purchasing them out of my own pocket. I was told the first 30 would cost .25 cents each and after that they would cost $1.79 a piece! Well since I was buying over 120 notebooks I asked if any exceptions could be made for teachers. They refused and said it came down right from the “district manager.” I can buy the same notebooks for the sale price at other stores with no limit. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Worst print services ever!! been sitting here for almost 45 minutes. My order still never processed from last night. Apparently emails aren't being delivered.. this place needs more help. 2 girls doing everything they can .. systems being slow and down does not make it EASY for anyone.
