They canceled a print order with no notification. When asked for an explanation they blamed staples dot com for cancelling the order. When I called corporate they explained, no, the store cancelled it. When I called back to the store, they gave two separate explanations. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Super disappointed with the 5 Big Tab Reversible Dividers I bought today. This package was obviously opened before as one of the tabs is damaged. Unfortunately, I need them for a meeting and can't hoof it back to the store for an exchange.
