Dropped off 9 catalogs to be bound around 5pm on Friday 6/3. Was told they would be ready Sunday 6/5 at noon. Went to pick up at 3 pm and they are not even half way done with request. Was told it would be a few more hours. Other people I know have taken same catalogs in and had them done while they wait. Manager told me that 1 catalog is a 24-48 hour turnaround dependent on number of requests they have. Someone was dropping off laminating job and was waiting for it to be com… See more
