nothing worse than having a cashier beg you to sign up for the rewards program after you've said no 3 times already and than having the store manager stand behind you encouraging that employee to continue to beg. ridiculous! I had 1 thing I needed to be in and out quickly to get back to work but ended up being more of a hassel. this is every time I go in. no means no staples! think we'll just order ink online from now on. less of a hassle and headache.

Looks like I'll be using Vista Print from now on. A friend told be about how fast and efficient staples is with printing items. So online I went. Designed this amazing return address label and submitted my order. Only to receive a phone call a little while later. To find out that they "don't have the labels in stock" and no clear answer as to when the labels would be in. They I get a rather snippy and rude "well do you want us to call you when they are ready?" No offer to print them on larger labels....actually no offer for ... read more
