Dropped off a package, young man behind the counter seemed bored and unattentive. The process for returning packages to Amazon via UPS is extremely user friendly and nonplus. As a FYI, Staples no longer gives a receipt for your returned package which is a bit unnerving, because how are supposed follow the tracking for your return, and meeting reimbursed. Placed an order online this morning. Was told it would be ready after 6:30 this evening. Couldny get there till 6:45. Order was not done. Someone on day shift put the order on hold rather than starting it or contacting us about the laminating issue. We needed the order today as we are leaving town in the morning. Anyway, a young guy who goes by Pepper, was working. He stayed and cranked out our order even though it was after closing time. I hope they keep him there, he was fast and efficient with the order. I went to stop by staples for a amazon return and look at their printers. I got there at 11:30 am today August 2 2026. It was still closed. LMAO the person who was suppose to open didn't call or showed up. LMAO I am looking for a weekend part time job hire me. I live near by as well lmao
