Excellent service by the associate- she helped me problem solve some issues I had and did the same for the woman behind me.
Wow - lots of one-star reviews - now I know why. I went into the store with a thumb drive to get house plans printed. The teenager in the print area said he was busy and to come back later. Nothing about "let me take your drive and I'll call you when its ready". Obviously just a job with no buy-in. Got my plans printed at Lynn's Imaging - always friendly people there - and they're delivered to my door.
I picked up an online order of a Canon printer ink cartridge replacement on August 20th, 2025. The guy that I asked for help was extremely rude. Not because of what he said, but from the hateful tone of his voice, eye rolling, cocky demeanor, and acting like a customer is a burden.
