False advertising. I don't appreciate getting tricked into going to a store based on an ad that is a complete fabrication. Fraud and dishonesty are not normalized. There needs to be consequences.
Will order online before ever going back to this place. Luckily I found what I needed, there were no employees to be found other than the extremely rude, nonverbal man working the cash register. There's a good selection of items here, but not worth dealing with the staff (or lack thereof). Seems to mostly be a hub for Amazon returns.
I purchased a VISA photo from a drug store in town and it was rejected. I called Staples and spoke to Jenny, who walked me through the process, and ended up taking the perfect photo. Thank you, Jenny!
Shopping in my local Staples store was better for me than shopping online. Excellent customer service!
