Wow - lots of one-star reviews - now I know why. I went into the store with a thumb drive to get house plans printed. The teenager in the print area said he was busy and to come back later. Nothing about "let me take your drive and I'll call you when its ready". Obviously just a job with no buy-in. Got my plans printed at Lynn's Imaging - always friendly people there - and they're delivered to my door.
I picked up an online order of a Canon printer ink cartridge replacement on August 20th, 2025. The guy that I asked for help was extremely rude. Not because of what he said, but from the hateful tone of his voice, eye rolling, cocky demeanor, and acting like a customer is a burden. I don’t plan on ever going back here. I had to return something last month and they gave me a cash card instead of a refund. I went back to use the cash card and they said it wouldn’t work and there was no way they could type the numbers in for me to use it. I left and placed the order online using the numbers on the cash card and they cancelled my order 30 minutes later saying it’s not in stock. False advertising. I don't appreciate getting tricked into going to a store based on an ad that is a complete fabrication. Fraud and dishonesty are not normalized. There needs to be consequences.
Will order online before ever going back to this place. Luckily I found what I needed, there were no employees to be found other than the extremely rude, nonverbal man working the cash register. There's a good selection of items here, but not worth dealing with the staff (or lack thereof). Seems to mostly be a hub for Amazon returns.
