few tech savy personnel at this. visited because my Dell computer crashed losing all financial records. purchased new computer that turned out to be out of stock so I had to return and was told tech would be available to reload old data on pick up. no tech available but salesman insisted I buy an expensive program intuit for small business. program is a nightmare and very complicated. meant for small businesses not households. Spent hours on customer service trying to validate ownership.of program, gave up.
So TWICE in one week staples screwed up my order and said they never had it then continued to blame it on me! I was just there this afternoon enlarging a picture. The girl gave me my confirmation code so later that evening I went to pick it up they said they had no idea what I was talking about they don’t do that there and never had my order!!! SERIOUSLY!!
So disappointed. I asked for help in printing my dissertation and no one was able to help me in finding the appropriate paper. First, I was sent to look for it on my own (I wasn't even sure what I needed, which is why I asked for help). Then I was told to look online because they didn't know what it was. It wasn't like it was busy and they didn't have the time to help, they just didn't want to. How is this a place for printing and copying?!
Too expensive and forget trying to fax something. 15 minutes so send a fax. I saw people walk out.
Store is a joke!! The people in the Manahawkin NJ store are horrible!! They couldn't help me on 2 different occasions!! They can't reprint from a paper copy or from a jump drive or from Microsoft publisher!! Store should close before anyone else wants to put ice picks in their eyes �!!
A friends son ordered pictures online, went to pick them up and was told that one of the employees didn't appreciate the humor (it was a photo of a famous actor in no way offensive) and the employee straight up refused to print them. The manager was no help at all.
Very bad customer service at the copies center refused to print my copies, because tell were to busy. Manager no help. Used to be good not anymore.
