Great customer service! Im starting college online courses so I went in and bought a new Dell laptop. Josh got it all set up and transferred my photos and documents from my old laptop on to it for me. I am so grateful for their pricing too!!
BUYER BEWARE OF SWITCH TACTICS!! We went today to buy my daughter a laptop for college. She picked one out and we purchased it. Got home and the one they sent us home with was NOT the one on display. My daughter called them and was told to bring it back and they would make it right. Once she got there, they claimed the wrong one was on display, the display was actually a $400 one, not $250. Don’t expect them to make it right with you if they leave stuff out of your bag they hand you. Especially if you work 30 miles away and really need the things you bought and paid for. Something more than a half-a$$ed apology would have been appreciated. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
Just got my phone fixed from you guys and it wigs out. The button doesn't work, and it wigs out when Its charging, I can't even use it when it's charging. Worthless. Hoping your nice enough to fix it since it ain't been dropped or anything. Highly aggravated
