My 84 yo computer illiterate dad was sold abt $1200 worth of computer to play solitaire and type letters on. FYI THAT'S ELDER ABUSE...😡😡😡😡shame on you staples.
Lost my notary stamp that I ordered May 30. The lady said that if I hadn’t called and checked on it they would have never known about it being lost. I paid for my order in full. I will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to them. Supposedly she re ordered it and having it over nighted so she said I should have it by Monday.
Great customer service! Manager was awesome today! My coffee I bought I thought was on sale but left & realized I got charged the regular price but come to find outit wasn't on sell at all but the coffee got placed under a different sign! but he still gave me my change back! That was super nice of him! �
poor service. the only reason i rated one star because there was no button for "no" stars. management cancelled my order after only 3 days because i didn't come and pick up my order until monday that i ordered on friday. Mind you, my order was paid in full. This store sucks!!!
