I was recently kicked out because of no mask. I asked if had to have one even with a medical reason, the manager kicked me out anyway. I’ve shopped here for office supplies and school supplies for years, we won’t ever be back.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Bought a laptop & two-year protection plan. was told that it covered accidental damage. a year and a half later, try to file a claim, was told that it does not cover accidental damage. Paid $100 for plan over $600 for laptop. the protection plan didn’t cover what was told at the time of purchase. over 700$ went down the drain!!!!! Need to train your employees and take responsible for their mistakes.
Absolutely the worst computer purchase in twenty years. HP i5 takes two hours to load one web page. Slower than the ten year old computer that this is replacing. Do not trust their online ratings. Owned just 60 days, already crashed and will not restart. Staples policy does not allow returns past 14 days
We bought cases of paper for a donation to a non-profit with a rebate of $184. We received not a check but a prepaid card. When my husband went to use it, there was no money on the card. He immediately called Staples and they told him it was a case of fraud since the charges were before we had even received the card. We were told in March that a check would be sent for the amount soon. After 3 more phone calls and a wait of 3 months, we still have not received our rebate. I think that we may never see our money
Printing services are A+. Good and nice customer service and nice work. Always in time if not faster.
Spent almost $300, including the cost of overnight shipping, on a care package for my sister. It has been 2 days and she still hasn't received it. Can't track it because the guy at Staples didn't even give me the paper with the tracking number. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't spent so much money and if it wasn't stuff my sister desperately needs. For anyone that does shipping at Staples in Bartlesville, make sure Chris is not the associate helping you. He made it a long, dreadful experience and I'm sure he probably messed... read more
Suited my order before 8am, arranged pick up time 3 pm. It was 4:52pm before they had my order ready. Everybody gets busy that's fine but I was ignored when I came to the counter. Then she said "oh I haven't done that yet" so I had to wait.
No offence to her but the Chinese? Lady in copy and print needs a raise she was the best help to me the other day. While today she wasent there and it was a diffrent story!!!
