My husband and I have purchased numerous items from this store, but no more. I had brought my laptop in to be serviced and was told by the tech that it shouldn't be more than 10 days. It has been over 30 days and I still DON'T have my laptop. Very unhappy with this store and will NEVER spend money there again.
Went shopping on a sales promo; everything went well until checkout when the items did not ring up the price posted on the shelf. After the purchase was completed. I discovered one of my items was defective; there were no more in stock so I needed to return the item; this turned into a 20 minute ordeal for which no one could offer a satisfactory solution. If you keep giving customers an unhappy shopping experience they will stop coming back.
Worst. Customer service ever!!! Was pawned off to other employees and when we did get help it was with attittude!!!
