The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the laptop I purchased. They made sure I understood what I needed to do on my end.
Computer was very slow and a virus was detected. In 24 hours it worked like brand new and gave me a new virus protection. It didn’t cost me anything.
If I could I would give this place no star. My mother who 64 asked for help at the customer service desk which there were five people standing back there talking. Told her they were to overwhelmed with work to help, but could help in two hours. There was one other customer in the whole store. So if u need help customer service is not the place to go to get help in this store and if the manger was back they should be fired.
Rude and disrespectful staff that's unwilling to help and if I could leave a negative review that's what I would be doing
