Not only have they messed up numerous printing projects so much that I now go to Impact. Today I bought the wrong printer ink. The box itself was open but the ink that is individually wrapped and sealed was not open and they wouldn’t take it back. I will NEVER step foot in there again!! I would rather order my office supplies online or go to Walmart or target. I placed an order for over $100 worth of 16x20 prints. The quality is garbage. There is nothing they will do for me. No reprint, no refund. There are lines running through all the images and the color quality is awful. The person I spoke with at the store was rude. I called corporate, no help there either. As a small business owner I did almost all of my print work here. I will NEVER spend another dime here. Extremely disappointed at how little they value their customers.

I went in to the store to order a banner, I had 3 different quality photos on a memory stick, the associate asked which file to use, I told him the Highest resolution one, so it would look better after being blown up. He told me the file did not need to be high resolution because even small files turn out good, and chose the lowest quality pic. then soon as the banner was finished printing he immediately rolled it up and stuff it in a long plastic bag. Thanks to Cody at Staples! He explained to me how to clean the printhead on my printer, and it is now printing black again. I don't have to purchase a new printer now, but when I do, I'm shopping here.
If you want to wait and not receive customer service while employees laugh and walk around and cashier continues checkouts for people who arrive after you then this is the place to shop. Waited 20 minutes for nothing.
