Management is a joke... I will NEVER go in this store again!
Just got a new business laptop and office printer. Andrew the service tech was totally professional and extremely knowledgeable about computers and printers. I had shopped at about at least 6 other stores and Andrew and the staff at Carrollton Staples were by far the most helpful! He didn't try to sell me something he didn't think I would need even thought it was a higher price. Thanks Andrew.
Their Printing Service, which I use all the time, is great. It would be perfect if they would hand me back my flash drive instead of putting it in the bag--or at least TELL me it's in the bag so I can get it out while still in the store (temporarily lost it yesterday when it fell out in the car, because I did not realize it was in the bag).
The manager needs to know how to deal and communicate with the public. This is a good way to drive people away fix the problem
