Very Impressed with Jennefer Willard and Jared. Two times now they have gone above & beyond to assist me and to make sure I was a VERY SATISFIED customer !! Back in the fall Jared drove all the way to Crossville to pick up 4 executive chairs for me (I hope he was reimbursed for the gas & time??) Then he and Jennefer assisted in getting those chairs DELIVERED to me in Cookeville.... without a delivery charge and to make me a VERY happy customer. Ordered a RAM memory card for a laptop. The employee looked at the replacement card, clearly read what it needed to fit, still ordered the wrong card. Now here I sit, on a 70 dollar bill, staring at a card that doesn't fit.
