I went and took my adult coloring books to get spiral bound. They messed them up totally. When I called to talk to manager he hung up on me twice. Never take your books or anything to be spiral bound. They have ppl working there that are not trained on their jobs. Don’t have a clue what they are doing. Calling corporate Monday.
The customer service is appalling. Bought my son a computer over a year ago and on day 15 we had issues with the mother board. I had to fight for them to fix the issue since it was over 14 days. Even though we had to wait days for it to be shipped to us due to being out of stock (that didn't matter, still counted toward the 14 days). When they finally agreed to replace it, they realized it was again out of stock and then changed their mind on helping me. Walked in to purchase a computer that we were going to purchase the previous day at the store but the employee stated come back tomorrow when the sale was bigger. Nothing was said about it being out of stock in the store. So we come in the next day and it wasn't until the purchase was made that they said this. Then the system says there are three in the area and so they ordered it to be delivered to our home. Our credit card was charged and we walked out in good faith with nothing in hand believing we would have a computer a... read more

I spend ALL MY OFFICE money at Staples but NO LONGER. Office Supply is my new go to store! A racist store and a bigot store for saying we can't print any times that have to do with GOD! And because our constitution matters not because they are from CANADA. Well….. move on back to CANADA where SNOWFLAKES are welcomed and coddled.
