Employees seemed nonexistent and the ones that were appeared half asleep. Won't be going back to this location again
We have experienced multiple issues here but today is was the last straw. I don't know if it was user error or machine error but we were unable to get transparencies printed. After an hour of wasted time, we will now drive out of our way to take our business elsewhere.
Customer service is basically nonexistent. You have to search out someone to help you, and then they rarely know anything. And they are frequently "out" of whatever they advertise as a special. A family member had that experience just today. Um, if you're going to advertise something, then have enough of it on hand so customers don't come away disappointed.
