My wife who is in active duty in NY came to GA to have our son .When it was time for her to go home we decided to send ONE box 📦 which cost us 80.00 to send . She drove home on Sunday August 30th from GA to NY she arrived home that following Tuesday , there was no package . We called and spoke with a rep that confirmed the address given but stated the address the package dropped off to .Totally different address . I highly recommended them INITIALLY when Chris and Fred were first taking care of us and our initial sale. They truly are two very nice, professional people. What am I not so sure about anymore is that I'm really not sure what I was sold. I paid for Office 365 but I am seeing Windows 10 and Office 365 in different operating system spots on my computer. I also had NO idea Outlook was only going to work for a week or two. Chris and Fred, help! And why???
