I can see everyone saying good words to printing depaetment. However, I am having an extremely unhappy experience with them! They are being helping to other people, except me. I need to print a ticket in urgent. However, printing department personel ask me to send e-mail to them so they can print. Then they received the e-mail right away, and say I need to wait for tomorrow because it is a drop off service...... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?
