Bought a HP Printer with the free ink for a year. What I was sold is nothing like how it works. HP is suppose to send you ink automatically. I've called twice and have not received my ink. Now I'm without ink and told it will take another week to get. Called Staples for they assured me when I purchased the printer and paid more for this one than others because they pumped up this great promotion. They pushed me back to HP to deal with directly.
